Need lost of help with email subscriptions

Feedburner is driving me nuts. When I go in to see who is signed up for emails, I know I'm not seeing all of them b/c I signed up myself to get emails and still get them, but my email isn't listed. Same with my husband. Anyone know why that is? Also I went in and saw that the delivery time changed again (I had it at 1 p.m. and it reset itself to 7 a.m.). Does anyone else have this issue? Will updating the time update the feed for everyone or just the people who sign up now b/c when I had to change the time before it wasn't updating them all correctly.
