Socialize not posting updates to Twitter

My feedburner feed is http://feeds.feedburner.com/WhatRevitWants
It is burning content from a Blogger / Blogspot site: http://whatrevitwants.blogspot.com.au/
For years, it has been successfully reposting content to my Twitter (lukeyjohnson), but it is no longer working.
I recently had to change my twitter password due to a hack attempt.
I have tried revoke access to Google / Twitter integration and then re-Authorizing the account in Socialize, but to no avail. I have tried deactivate / reactivate.
Can someone please let me know if this is a known issue? I feel like if I could actually delete my Twitter account from Socialize, then that could possibly fix the problem. Unfortunately, that is not an option in Socialize.

Problem seems to have resolved itself... guess you just need to wait about an hour for things to sort out?
