Where have all of my subscribers gone?

Subscriber lists don't seem to be available on either of my blogs this morning. What's going on? Will subscribers get email updates today?????

even though i've checked the email subscriber list and they are still there, on my feed page it reads zero. they also haven't received any updates overnight. is there a problem?

Similar problem here.

The feeds are updating but the emails have stopped (Wednesday's and Thursday's - today - have not arrived) and the subscriber numbers have dropped accordingly. Email subscriber list still contains lots of subscribers but the pie charts don't reflect that.

Possible clue: I edited my email feeds yesterday - I enabled the new 'email me when someone subscribes' feature.

We had an issue with the subscriber number reporting that should be fixed shortly and your subscriber numbers will begin to show up the next time your feed is fetched for circulation via email. Something's defintely gone wrong.

1. Although the emails have caught up, the stats haven't. The pie chart still shows no email subscribers, but the list shows plenty.

2. I have an example of a feed where the email subscriber list has been deleted (ok, there weren't many on it - ony 4 - but I was one of them and I definitely didn't unsubscribe).

What's happening Mr Feedburner? Some feedback would be good.

The subscriber stats reporting has been fixed. You should begin to see numbers the next time we roll up our stats and your feed has been polled for email updates. Let us know if you still see a problem. Sorry about the inconveinience this has caused.

Hi Folks-
We had a minor problem with the new email service last night. Your subscriber numbers are now being reported correctly, and they will show up again in tomorrow's numbers. Rest assured that emails ARE going out, the number of subscribers was just not reported correctly. Again, this is all fixed.

Depending on your settings, the emails will be sent out on the next round of deliveries.

This is weird. The subscribers are back for that feed. I know that sounds like user-malfunction, but that's what I saw, honest! Stats say zero subscribers, when there are in fact 5, but maybe when we actually post something to that feed it'll all sort itself out. Consider it fixed!

My OHIKEA feed has over 100 subscribers, about 70 of those are email, all gone, I mean the list is there, they just don't show on the feed button.

FYI...Same problem here...subscribers are not showing up in my pie chart breakdown, but are in the list of e-mails. I posted twice last night at 11:45PM EST, but no e-mail was sent to our subscibers this morning.

There seem to be a lot of us having this problem - there are some posts over on Services. Emails have gone out (late again) today, but the stats have dropped again, listing email subscribers as 1.

(I had a temporary - I hope - problem where the LIST also disappeared, but that seems to have resolved itself).

(1) e-mails are not send anymore to my subscribers
(2) e-mail subscribers are not shown on the pie-chart in the dashbord

since the new e-mail subscription services were rolled-out, I experienced problem (1). not a single e-mail was send in the last 5 days :( only recently (yesterday or today) my stats dropped with the number of e-mail subscribers (2).

My emails are being delivered. My email subscribers are not part of my total subscriber statistics anymore, however.

Email Subscriber numbers will be reported a day after your feed has been polled succesfully for updates . Since our rollups happen every night for the day you will not be seeing your subscriber numbers till tomorrow. So I would say please take a look at your numbers sometime tomorrow.

But Arun, this was fixed yesterday, so we should be seeing correct subscriber numbers today, and we aren't. The stats page still says 1 email subscriber.

The problem was fixed yesterday but your feed wasn't polled yesterday, it would have been polled today morning and so the subscriber numbers reported from today morning will be rolled up tonite and you would see them tomorrow.

Just a note to add that my dashboard still is not showing the total number of subscribers. I've cleared my cache, rebooted, and even left the office! Email updates did go out this morning, and I can see the subscriber list, but not showing on the dashboard or pie chart.

today, my e-mail subscribers received a mail with all posts from last week and the e-mail subscribers are back on my statistics page, although with a slighty wrong number. but I hope that will solve itself in a few days...
