stats are zero

Hello,

I started using feedburner a while ago. I recently put in the code to
allow me to get the visitor stats after noticing that they always say
zero- even though I know I have visitors, they leave messages. I
followed the instructions and placed the code- my stats still say zero
and because I had Sphere checked (didn't realize that) I now have
sphere on there. The sphere comes up with sites that sometimes have
nothing to do with the content of my page- and sometimes it's
inappropriate- i want it off! I unchecked it and it's still there. So,
to be clear, my 2 problems are

1. my visitor stats still say zero
2. I want sphere gone
