Feed does not have subscriptions by email enabled

I'm having a challenge getting Feedburner's subscription link to work


I have 3 sites all hosted thru BlueHost. Site 1 works fine. But site 2
and 3 do not work. I keep getting the error message: "feed does not
have subscriptions by email enabled" I have checked, deleted, re-
installed, pinged and used Notepad to paste in my site data and have
deleeted everything and keyed in the information manually. I can't
make this dohickey work.I'm an internet marketer and depend upon the
subscrption link to help build my e-mail list. I've very frustrated.
