Feedburner subscription links to "claim your feeds now" window

One of my users had issues when trying to access the subscription link that was sent to him; the new page printed the message below.  I had the user check if there was another Google Account logged into this browser; however, this does not seem to be the case.  Is there any other explanation for this?
