Hello,
About 5 hours ago we have updated the IPs of our DNS servers but google's public DNS servers are having problems resolving our domain name now (this is our main dns, our users use this dns for their domains).
When we run dig we get the following:
dig @8.8.8.8 dominiodns.com.
; <<>> DiG 9.6-ESV-R4-P3 <<>> @8.8.8.8 dominiodns.com.
; (1 server found)
;; global options: +cmd
;; Got answer:
;; ->>HEADER<<- opcode: QUERY, status: SERVFAIL, id: 39292
;; flags: qr rd ra; QUERY: 1, ANSWER: 0, AUTHORITY: 0, ADDITIONAL: 0
;; QUESTION SECTION:
;dominiodns.com. IN A

;; SERVER: 8.8.8.8#53(8.8.8.8)
;; WHEN: Sun May 12 13:54:41 2013
;; MSG SIZE rcvd: 32
But when we run it with the www it doesl resolve:
dig @8.8.8.8 www.dominiodns.com.
; <<>> DiG 9.6-ESV-R4-P3 <<>> @8.8.8.8 www.dominiodns.com.
; (1 server found)
;; global options: +cmd
;; Got answer:
;; ->>HEADER<<- opcode: QUERY, status: NOERROR, id: 13041

;; QUESTION SECTION:

Could you please let us know what's wrong??
Regards
