Ask the new DNS service provider to fix the NS records on the authoritative nameserver. This has nothing to do with Google Public DNS - other DNS resolvers will give the same result:

After a recent domain transfer, my client's domain kennicottguides.com should be hosted by ns1.rhostbh.com and ns2.rhostbh.com, but are instead still showing ns1.abac.com and ns2.abac.com. A look on http://www.intodns.com/kennicottguides.com shows the problem, but I'm not skilled enough to know what to do.

I have talked to support for both the old and the new provider several times, and they are always sending me back to google, despite my pushing very hard.

Thoughts?
