trouble with http://webmail.vensys.de/

If I use google public dns on my computer, I often didn't get a
connection to http://webmail.vensys.de/.

If using default DNS from my provider, it works without any trouble.

What's wrong here?

The server of the website was changed?
Is the website new?
Wait a little while the servers update the new server(or something
like that)
