As the article says, I can't connect to <http://to.>
So I was thinking that the problem lies between Google DNS and by
broswer

Here is my browser's UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; U; Linux i686; en-

Try http://to./ (with dot right after "to")

I think this is browser issue, not dns, try to nslookup it first.
