We cannot access to http://www.google.com.tr with these DNS numbers at
the moment.
Access to Google.com is okay, but .tr is not..

What do you get when you run the same commands? (Or on Mac or Linux,
"dig @8.8.8.8 www.google.com.tr" also works.)

Since it might make a difference: Where are you?
