Google DNS has not been able to resolve the following for the last couple
of weeks.  I was hoping it would clear up over a bit of time but it doesn't
seem to be getting updated.

$ dig @8.8.8.8 bi-03pt2.bluebird.ibm.com.

My ISP or other public DNS servers do not seem to have the same problem:

The problem is geo related. From most of our resolver locations, their name
servers do not respond to the query (timeout). It may be a firewall or
network issue.

I am having a similar problem with a domain in Australia. Any emails using
my Gmail account bounce as a result. Here are the dig results:-

This is a different problem. The nameserver for dadswell.com.au is ns{1,2}.
smartydns14.com, which are not resolvable.
