FRC Team 1195: Build Session Tomorrow (25 Feb)

FRC Team 1195,

See you all tomorrow at 5:30pm.  The build session is 5:30pm-9:00pm at Central High School, Rm 206 tomorrow (25 Feb).  I have to leave at 6:30pm and will return at 8:30pm if you all are still there.

Build Sessions through 27 Mar:

Mon, Wed, Thur
5:30pm-9:00pm

Note to the team:  Please read up on the DVD requirements for Chairman's Award at http://frc-manual.usfirst.org/viewItem/2#6.  You work on this is not over yet.  The judges will interview the team at the FRC Washington, DC Regional 28-30 Mar and the students must have a DVD ready with a laptop to show the judges, if necessary, on a moments notice.  Other than that, we will get our 30 lbs, programming, and bumpers completed prior to 28 Mar.

Also, some students still need to complete their on-line Consent and Release Form, for FRC Team 1195, https://my.usfirst.org/stims/site.lasso; STIMS.  This adds you to the roster.  The mentors need to do the same but at https://my.usfirst.org/frc/tims/site.lasso; TIMS.  The students and mentors have the option to do the hard copy instead for the Regional and to get you into the Pit.  If do on-line form, you do not have to bring the form to the Regional.  If you do not do it on-line, then you (students and mentors) have to bring the signed (by parents/guardians for students) hard copy to the Regional.

Note to parents and all:  The be familiar with what happens at the Regional, please read the Administrative Manual, http://frc-manual.usfirst.org/viewItem/2.

Correction:  I will drop the material off a little before 5:30pm tomorrow then I will leave.  I will be back by 7:30pm.  I forgot that my other training is from 6-7pm.
