Note to Mrs. McKenzie: I did not hear back from Ron about whether the Autodesk Inventor class is booked. For now, only Julian Scott can attend those sessions for our team.
Note to Mr. Powell: It looks like they would need a check written out. Perhaps if you carried a check to write out $50 (or $45 since I will not be going) and everyone gave you their $5. Everyone would have to get there before 8:30am. Please read the details below.

A detailed agenda is attached. There have been room changes and more sessions added since the last version. Links to parking information is included.
Thank you to all the volunteers who have worked hard to pull together this day, as presenters and organizers.
A big thanks to Tom Milnes and the JHU/APL STEM Program Management Office for sponsoring the day.
These workshops are open to students, mentors, parents, and supporters of FRC in Maryland, and 250 people will be attending.
Please NOTE :

If your team has had a change in plans or numbers, please info the staff at registration, but your total payment is still expected. We may have a small wait list available for lunch, but expect to bring a lunch if you do not have a confirmed lunch ticket. Thank you for your understanding.

I requested that Julian Scott be added to the morning Autodesk Inventor sessions. I have also requested that Anthony and Gregory McKenzie be added to either the morning or afternoon sessions because there were some additional places still available. I will respond back later if both Anthony and Gregory (or one of them) was able to get into the morning or afternoon Autodesk Inventor sessions.
Note to all: It is desirable that you all arrive at JHU/APL by 8:00am to be able to give all of your $5 to Coach Powell so that he can register the team by 8:30am. I will call Coach Powell later.

I did have one last thing to say. If you do not have LabVIEW installed on a laptop, please still attend the session. They usually project LabVIEW on the wall for all to see from where you are setting. Have fun!!

Resending updated Schedule for the FINAL time:
Julian Scott, Anthony McKenzie, and Gregory McKenzie are registered for the three (3), I believe all three? (since they are progressive), morning Autodesk Inventor sessions. Computers are already provided for these sessions.
I am sorry that I cannot go. I will provide my daughter's green laptop (for Gregory and Anthony for the afternoon LabVIEW session since they will be attending the morning Autodesk Inventor sessions) and 10 new tickets (for all) to Coach Powell in the morning before he departs for JHU/APL. I pray and hope that you all have safe trips and a great time!!

FRC Team 1195,
The LATEST schedule for the 3 Nov workshops.

That is great. I was hoping that someone would attend the Motors & Drive Systems session. For all, when you get back and want to install the LabVIEW software I will give you the flash drive. Julian Scott should have it beginning today. After you install the software using the serial number on the carton, then do the following:
NI LabVIEW Update NI Utilities Update NI Driver Station Update
Note: Remember to first install LabVIEW from the flash drive. Then, download and install the 1st item above, download and install the 2nd item above, then download and install the 3rd item above. Don't download each then try to install each. However, install each one at a time to stay in sync.
