I wrote to you about two weeks ago but got no response. I am a vendor at Cedar Hills Crossing using WiFi for over a year without any problems but know I am having trouble connecting. My PC finds the personal telco connection ok and makes the network connection but broswer can not connect to anything. I am sending some attachments of the network connection. Every thing looks ok but I am still unable to connect through the browser. I am not getting the welcom to Personal Telco login page to answer ok.

My wireless works ok at the library anr other wireless places. The DHCP address is always the same. Could it be blocked?

Hi Mark,

I should point out that having that IP address shown as a DNS server
says to me that your computer has some spyware virus on it. A simple
google search of that DNS IP will give lots of results on a 'browser
hijacking virus'. The wireless network at Cedar Hills Crossing should
give out a DNS IP address of 10.11.1.1

You should set that DNS address by hand and try again. If it works,
the first thing you should do is update your virus/spyware detection
software and remove the virus.

Hope this helps,
Jason

We looked at our traffic monitoring graphs and it appeared that others
are able to connect. I am out of town until next week, but I'll come
take a look when I get back.
