Node Report - powells technical books

I have been able to connect to powells tech node in the past. However I have not been able to get a connection the past few days. I updated my wifi driver and rolled back to the old version, cleaned out the internet cache and still have the connection problem. Ipconfig shows the lease duration for 10 minutes is that normal?
