Personal Telco Board of Directors Election, at July Monthly Meeting

This is a heads up that the Annual Members Meeting will be held at the
July Monthly Meeting on July 31, 2013 at 6:30 pm at NodeLuckyLab. At
this meeting, one of the seats on the Personal Telco Project Board of
Directors will be up for a vote of Members. It is the seat currently
held by Keegan Quinn.

In order to vote in this election, you must be a Member by the
conclusion of the June Monthly Meeting, on June 26th. The criteria
for membership is documented here:

I'll have (or try to have) Membership forms at the June meeting. You
must either be present at the Annual Members Meeting to vote, or you
must provide a written proxy to someone who will be present to cast
your vote for you. Take steps now to ensure you are not
disenfranchised.

This message may also be considered the call to open nominations for
the position.

Following the Annual Members Meeting, the Board of Directors will meet
in the Annual Board Meeting to decide on officer roles for the next
year. That meeting may occur immediately or in the weeks following
the Annual Members Meeting, depending on the availability of a quorum.
