Jim, Another route is to record the Azimuth, Pitch and Roll of each shot
using a GPS tagger with with 3-axis compass facilities, this then allows
you to position all the shots no matter what order you take them in!  I use
the technique whenever I shoot more than a single row.  Joost also has the
requirement to log the relevant Exif data on his features list, in the
meantime there is a workflow which gets a round the lack here
