Subject: Networking Help

I just got my brand new PSP for my birthday and took note, to both
my shock and joy, that it actually can go online and check my email
and go to different websites online!
I reviewed the manual a bit, but have a question before proceeding.
I got a D-Link 514 Wireless Router and was wondering if it has been
used in conjunction with the PSP for nweto0rking purposes and if so,
is there any specific details that I need to remember before swapping
my wired router with my wireless one.
Any and all help will be greatly appreciated.

  Thanks a lot!

  Charles

There shouldn't be a problem connecting your psp to it unless there is
security on it.  At least that us what I have obseved with mine which
I have connected to a dlink system at a freinds house using the auto
connect feature.

Actually I fixed it already. Thanks a lot.

Just needed to get the Linksys router to get connected to the cable modem. Once that happened, the PSP pretty much was self-explanatory. Just followed the prompts and MADE DOUBLE DANG SURE that I choose WEP instead of WPA as it's a bit more complicated and Whallah, ONLINE.

Thanks a lot for the help, however. If I need any further assistance in the future I won't hesitate to contact you.

Oh there is two other things that I am somewhat curious about.....

#1)  Where do I download those FREE MOVIES AND GAMES AT?

and #2)  Is there a place where I can get assistance on gaming? I bought MAdden 08 and SOcom but neither have manuals and they both are confusing the holy heck outta me. I need either a manual, scanned page, or email assistance or something like that.

Thanks again for all the help.

There are tons of places to download free games however some of them contain
viruses that can destroy your PSP so I just stick with paying for good
games.   The best place to find manuals is usually gamespot.com (NOT
gamestop.com)  gamespot usually has at least some walkthroughs which are
free and should contain controls or at least some pointers for the controls.
