P.S. we don’t have culture to visit other state conf. many a times it is also felt that “level” of state conf could have been more “enriched”!!

I was under the impression that IPHACON is a national level conference. And since I could not attend both IAPSMCon and IPHACON, I chose to go with the latter since it is in my hometown, Kolkata, which means I can also get a few days at home.

In any case, I think presenting a paper at any level conference is a good enough deal.
