Problem with Psiloc Gsync 1.25 with nokia n96

I have a problemi with Gsync 1.25 in my nokia N96 , firmware version
30.033.

I install Gsync 1.25..but in the end of installatione, the program ask
me to "reinstall the application" and it reinstall someone..and then
close it.

Apparently the program work..but it don't ask the access points for
sync with gmail.

In "installation program", there are 2 DRM Common Solutions..1 of
350Kb and 1 of 209Kb...

Someone use Gsync with nokia N96 ??

The program give me this error :

- Requesting settings
- Logging in
- Disconnecting
And then it says Failed

Do we have a ETA date on the fix as it been several weeks now since
gsync has been working.. :(

i've paid 15 dollars for something that doesnt work.
Can the deleveopers please give us feedback on the fix time please!!!

Can we please have an update of when we should expect a fix? You're
still selling this application even though it doesn't work. This is
affecting other phones, not just the N96.

N95, doesn't work here either.
I have turned off 'always use https', but no luck there.

2 months? Seriously?

Are they re-writing the whole application from scratch? Even though,
the time should be enough...

Gsync by PSILOC: Is this the programs that are not working or the
company concept.
Since I got a 9300 (Nokia S80) long ago, I have frequently visited the
site of PSILOC, and several time found an article on internet saying
that this or that program from PSILOC is not working and it is a
disaster. Meanwhile, I bought Gsync for my Nokia e90 (s60). The
program worked for 2 weeks and then it stopped working.

By contacting the support they says that they are aware of it and they
are working on it.

Few month later, still no working version, so I contacted the support
asking for a refund for their non working product.

And in reply, I got the following answer from Jacek Szymanowski -

I'm sorry but this is not possible.

Our licensing policy, which you have accepted during first launch of
the application, says in point 10.2. "The Software is furnished "as
is". The Licensor does not guarantee that features of the Software
will meet the Licensee's requirements, nor that the Software will
operate perpetually and without any errors. The Licensee bears full
responsibility and risk for choosing the Software to achieve the
intended results of the Licensee and for installation, use and results
thereof. The SOFTWARE provided by Psiloc US and/or Third Parties is
periodically updated on the Psiloc server (or a third party server)
and therefore may be out of date or inaccurate. The data is provided

A completely non-sense answer.

It's an incredible thing... I shan't buy anything from Psiloc in the
future... If your program doesn't work, you have to delete it from the
market and return the money at the consumer. You're not a correct
seller.
