Notification problems with new chat messages

Hi there,

I have a problem configuring the notification of new chat messages. When I start a chat, there is no problem on the other side. The message pops up and I also configured it as becoming active window, but if I don´t close the chat window and go on working with other programs, I just get a very short notification that a new message has been received. I´d like a option that the chat window pops up or becomes active even if it´s already open in the background. 

The option: Bring chat window in foreground when a new message has been received is already active.

Any Ideas?

Try that in combination with "Alert chat messages even if chat window is
open", or possibly "Auto-open new messages" (just mashing buttons here..).

Hi, 

I already did that but it had no influence. Any ideas - I think that it´s a bug.

Any other ideas oder can I change something in editor mode.

Same problem here. One can't know when a message has arrived or the alert is very quick
