PC name shows next to my user name

Hi,

My Jabber username shows my PC name after it. As my PC name is my real name I would like to hide this or change it to something else. I have searched throught the settings and can't find anywhere for it to even get this info or any option to not display it. Nobody else has this problem - theirs is just a long string of numbers.

Any help appricated :)

Charlie,

This is part of account settings, called the resource. You can set it to
any value. By default it uses the computer's name.
