Setting up chapter- advice needed!

Hey everyone! 

I was just appointed the Chapter Pres to a fairly inactive chapter and the initiative to get it up and running started just last semester. If anyone has any tips or advice on fundraising, increasing membership and participation, etc. please let me know!
