custom dictionaries in PRS-600

Versions for 950/600 to follow next week. (original estimate was too optimistic, but we should get it out by the end of Jan) Version for 300/505 is also planned, but will take a little longer.

I really need custom dictionaries and I want to help something if it will be useful hasten his appearance soon

What's completely missing is: word morphing rules. (e.g. that for German verbs you can skip ge- prefix)

They are, of course, language specific, but we don't have anything for any lang so far.
