Can't get the main calendar

Hi I am having a problem getting my main calendar. It just doesn't
display. When I add the calendar it doesn't even ask for my username
and password unlike my birthday calendar and holiday calendar which it
will display right away and they do ask for username and password when
I first add them.
I have tried resetting the private link and using the main xml but it
seems there is some problem. Any ideas?
I am using Thunderbird 10.0.2. Lightning 1.2.3 and Provider 0.9.
