CCC - test page updated with support for IE

Title says it all, worked for me in IE 7, 9, chrome, ff, safari. I was
unable to find a IE8 to test it.

Heh - Yes. It's the test case for what happens when there's no data (as
opposed to blowing up with errors). We need to change the description,
which is also a configurable value)
