Is Pulau Batu Puteh (Pedra Branca) Malaysia's or Singapore's ?
---------------------------------------------------------------------------Â--------------------------------------------
Dear All,
This is not a a prank e-mail.
I had read Newspapers' reports stating that International Court of
Justice (ICJ) had ruled that Pulau Batu Puteh belongs to Singapore
mainly because it had and still is carrying out on that island
activities that only a sovereign country would or could carry out.
What if I could prove that the regime in Singapore had ceased to be
constitutional, lawful, legal and legitimate and therefore its
activities on Pualu Batu Puteh had also ceased to be constitutional,
lawful, legal and legitimate? Would not that mean that ICJ's main
reason for its verdict in favour of Singapore should not stand any
more and be reversed?
I am certain that the great minds within the Malaysian and Singapore
governments had failed to realise that the Constitutional Laws
created
by the leaving British colonialist where based on natural laws and
justice and there are many hidden and implied safeties within the
clauses and provisions.
I am prepared to offer my help if you are ready to accept it. After
all what have you got to lose?
Think carefully before you decide. Thank you and best regards.
