NEIGHBORHOOD ASSOCIATION MEETING – MONDAY, MAY 6
Our next PHNA meeting is Monday, May 6 at 6:30 pm at Thrive, 412 W. 4th Street. Agenda items include the PHNA clean-up day on May 18, our summer picnic on June 23, an update on artwork at Building & Trades Park, and an upcoming workshop on housing opportunities along the B-Line Trail. Come join us and bring friends and neighbors with you!

Join us for “Community Acupuncture Day” this Saturday, May 4th at Thrive from 12-4 pm. Acupuncture, massage and reiki are all affordable and excellent. Thrive is located at 412 W. 4th Street. This event is free but donations are welcomed. Call (812) 287-8199 for more information. See you Saturday! (Please note: This event will take place every Saturday in May from 12-4 pm. Want to help shape how your neighborhood will look in the future? Get involved with ImagineBloomington!, which is the process to update the Growth Policies Plan, which is the City of Bloomington’s comprehensive plan. This is the document that outlines the goals and strategies for the city’s future development.
One workshop on draft planning goals has taken place; additional workshops will be scheduled later this year. Some of the topics may include downtown, housing and neighborhoods and land use, as well as other specific topic areas to be determined.
