+ optimized xml parsing a little bit (some instantiations where done inside a loop
+ enhanced wrapper button behavior: now if the actual button lines do not exceed the visible portion reserved for them, we do not show the "click to see more" sign, nor we don't activate the wrapping mode on upon a FIRE event, as it's not needed.
