the World Union's international Zionist youth movement, hosted 24
"Netzerniks" from Australia, Belarus, Britain, Canada, Germany, Israel,
Russia, South Africa, Spain, Ukraine and the US for its 2010 Veida.

German Congregation holds first adult B'nai Mitzvah

Munich's Congregation Beth Shalom
recently called two members to the Torah for its first adult b'nai
mitzvah ceremony. Jehudit de Toledo-Gruber, 65, and David Holinstat,
55, led a portion of the Shabbat service and read from the weekly
portion of Vayera. Rabbi Dr. Tom Kucera, the congregation's spiritual
leader, officiated, along with his predecessor, Rabbi Dr. Walter
