No sample property file for ClientConfig

Hi all,

From the source code, it seems that users can configure Client by
initializing ClientConfig using a Properties. If users want to
configure it using a properties file, he has to look at the source
code for each properties keys, I think it would be useful if voldemort
can provide a sample configuration files.

BTW, I think it would be better if ClientConfig can have a constructor
with File as argument: ClientConfig(File propertyFile)
