[project-voldemort] NoopFailureDetector doesn't work without required constructor + Questions about read-only store.

Also, I've been doing some work to allow the Read-Only store builder
to both work with Hadoop 0.20.2 (the current stable release), and to
allow the store builder to support multiple input paths - as
supporting a single input path is a major limitation and not very
Hadoop-ish.

Would these changes also be desirable?
