Cypress V2.1 and an updated measure/test deck bundle have just been released. A list of changes in this release can be found here https://github.com/projectcypress/cypress/blob/master/CHANGLOG.txt
The souce code for the application is available at http://github.com/projectcypress/cypress with the bundle being available at http://demo.projectcypress.org/bundles/bundle-latest.zip
The major components to this release are the ability of the application to support having multiple bundles/measure/valueset versions loaded at the same time , dynamic calculation of Continuous Variable measures , updates to the patient test deck and an
updated measurement period for the latest measure bundle. Note the updated measurement period only effects the latest bundle and not previous versions.

Compatibility notes within the Cypress v2.1 release:
The latest Cypress CQM bundle is not backward compatible with Cypress 2.0. This bundle contains updated measures with additional functionality for calculating Continuous Variable measures and will need to be used in an upgraded system. Please refers to the upgrade instruction mentioned above.
The latest version of Cypress v2.1 is not forward compatible with the older measure bundle. This is to due with changes made to the bundle format to support multiple versions of measures and value sets going forward and for dynamic CV measure support.
