3d print settings for ROFI?

Anyone willing to share the print settings they used when printing the ROFI parts?

I'm in the process of printing one of the feet on an Ultimaker in PLA.  I sliced the model with

Cura, but it doesn't look like the slicer added any support structure inside the box at the bottom

of the foot.  Going to have to work on that.

Here are my settings:

Printer: Ultimaker/PLA

Slicer: Cura (skeinforge behind the scenes)

Layer Height: 0.2 mm

Bottom/Top Thickness: 0.6 mm

Wall Thickness 0.8 mm

Fill: 20%

Print Speed: 50 mm/sec

Bottom Layer Speed: 20 mm/sec

Personally I wouldn't use cura. I tested cura, Slic3r, and a few others, and slic3r is the best. The latest version 9.8 is really nice.

Generally for structural type parts like those for a printer or a robot I use 20% infill, with 2 perimeters and 2 layers top and bottom. For my support I use rectilinear with 5 mm spacing.

I don't believe there are any support for the box in the foot. I set my bridging in slic3r to 15 mm/sec and it bridged just fine.

I didn't use any support when I printed out the original ROFI foot (which was actually surprising to me at the time).    There were a couple of saggy noodles on the inside that I just cleaned up with a razor.  I used Skienforge 34 for slicing.

Yesterday I tried to print a foot to check my slic3r and printer settings.  It came out not too bad except for the side wall in the back where the battery pack enter.  It seem that the side walls are too thin and they don't give me much support.  The same thing happened with the upper support with the small hole.  Any idea ?
