Pdf upload using ckeditor

Dear Friends
I'm working on News and events module using php and mysql.
Im able to use ckeditor .. In Images/Flash upload its only possible to
put fullpath of the image/pdf
I would like to upload pdf from my local system.
I followed below documentation.But not able to find browser or
uploader folder.

Please let me know can i integrate ckfinder.
