Several of my clients are using a calendar plugin on their Wordpress sites which can accept ical feeds.  I have an event db (MySQL) which I would like to use to 'feed' the clients' calendars.

Anyone have experience with using php to spew events from a db to an ical request?  Anyone familiar with a good resource to utilize for this task?

Thanks for whatever y'all can offer!

This is something that is pretty commonly done, import from/export to iCal format. Are you looking at simply handling a request and getting something in iCal format or are you looking at consuming an API or what?

I want to provide data in a format that an client websites would consume in ical format.  I have events in the MySQL db, the clients' sites use a calendar widget which want to retrieve my events and display them ...they're expecting the data in ical format.
