I received an email about this conference. I was wondering if anyone
had an opinion about where it is worth going to?

I've gone the last two years and will be going this year as well. I personally think it is a great conference, though it is a little businessy in my opinion. You can meet some pretty big names in PHP, in open source and in web development in general. You will also get lots of swag from the vendors and maybe even enjoy a party or two. ;)
