Subject: Strange Column Behaviour
I too am finding some odd behaviour. I want to use Process to give me
an at-a-glace of sales prospects I'm talking to. I've added extra
columns for name, phone number etc.

I had to enter one name which was a little longer than I'd allowed for
so dragged the column a little wide to make room for the name. Process
then doubled the row height on all the entries I had apart from the
last entry for no particular reason. You then cannot see as many
entries as you could before because all the rows are mighty fat when
then do not need to be.

No amount of column re-dragging fixes matters and the only way I have
found to get it back to how it was before is to quit the app without
saving changes and re-open. It is not consistent though, it is doing
this erratically.

My double concern though is lack of respose. I sent feedback to Jumsoft
Monday and haven't heard a word.

Hi JR,
It is too bad the lack of response from these developers. It seems so
many want to make the big money but fall short where it matters.

It's so true, customer service is crucial to reputation. Every company,
software not, has it's problems, what counts is what you DO about it.

We've turned the occassional client problem into a positive by talking
to them and sorting it out straight away. In fact it ends up leaving a
good taste where-as to leave it to fester leaves a very sour taste they
don't forget.

( Friday now, nothing from Jumsoft ).

I thought Jumsoft was watching this little list too. Maybe you should
post on the PIM list.
