GSOC Update about Proposals

Hello everyone,

1. Sean and I have reviewed all of the proposals for GSOC. You should expect explicit feedback on your proposal in the next 12 hours. 

2. We will unlock your proposals to allow for editing after we provide you with feedback. 

3. No new proposals are being accepted at this time. 

4. An update on the timeline: Because of GSOC restrictions, we will notify you of acceptance/rejection on May 27, and not before then.
