As soon as the newest version of the Firefox extension is approved for
the web store, the following functionality will be live for testing
via the Mozilla web store:
* Added button for activating and deactivating extension (lock symbol
on browser)
* Added anonymous, temporary posting endpoint
* Added support for URL parameters
* URLs can now indicate when their content will be destroyed
* URLs can now give a message for when they are in passive mode
* URLs can now force the link into passive mode
* URLs can exclude themselves from replacement by attribute
* Host sites can prevent the script from replacing on the page by
setting an attribute on the body
* Non-Privly URLs can now request injection in passive mode with #INJECTCONTENT0
* Added support for selecting development content server,
dev.privly.org
I am now switching to testing/documentation/cleanup/communication for
the next few weeks. This functionality represents significant
expansion of the concepts in play and will take refinement and input
once people can start playing with it.
