Welcome to Prisoners and The Law, this is a discussion group about prisons, prisoners and prison law. It is a vehicle for discussion, and for the free dissemination of caselaw judgments and Prison Service instructions and orders as they become available.

Those who join this group will be able to begin and take part in discussions, appeal for help, or upload pages to the site - but remember from a house-keeping point of view its better to name any page you upload with some idea of its content or subject matter (Cat A, Recat, Oral Hearing etc) rather than the case citation (R v SSJ ex p Bloggs).
