Subject: Print job stuck in queue
I have a print job that is stuck in the printer queue for
PrinterAnywhere on the remote system (a terminal server). I cannot delete the job. Nothing in the C:\Program Files\ PrinterAnywhere\Jobs or Queue folders to delete either. Restarted PA Console on both remote and local desktops, closed remote session and restarted local system, no change. Tried to re-add the printer in the PA Console, no change. Can anyone recommend a solution? You must Sign in before you can post messages.
