need help-can't install-error message

First machine went fine (XP Pro), second machine (XP Pro) gave an
error. What is pamigrate.exe? Is it a missing windows component?
Please respond.

start because the application configuration is incorrect.
Reinstalling the application may fix this problem.

I, too, am suffering from the problem. I even tried uninstalling the
older version first but I got the same error.
