I haven't checked ALL of the posts here, but I'm new to Printer Share
and I'm wondering if there is a way to get a remote printer to just go
ahead and PRINT the document I send without anyone present at the
remote end to actually select the document and TELL it to print. I'm
trying to print invoices for a packing crew that's not terribly
familiar with computer use, so having the invoives sitting in the
printer and ready to pick up is far preferable to hoping they can
figure out how to retrieve them and wade through all the printer
options. Any clues would be greatly appreciated!

I do the same thing. The trick is to set Printeanywhere to accept all
jobs from a specified id.

Your remote PC needs to be hooked up to a PC or server that controls
it

Send a job to the printer and when it pops up in the jobs list you can
specify something like "print jobs from this user without question" or
something to that effect. I am not in front of the console on this
machine so I am kinda guessing but I have done it and it does work.

Thanks Billy. I finally had time to search and I found the Tools menu
with the option you mentioned. Works great! Bobdowser @ www.GeoPathfinder.com
