Have you enabled reports in the 'information to gather' on the control =
panel?
Does sending the activation SMS have any effect?
Are you sure the device in question has a network connection - 3G or =
wifi?
Is the device in question moving around? Location changes may prompt =
Prey into running.

Check the logs with catlog, search for com.prey & see if any messages =
indicate it is crashing etc.

When you change from 'on demand' to 'interval' the device will need to =
check in to get this instruction change, so wait for at least 2 cycles =
before assuming it isn't working.
