Dear Friends,

Tomorrow afternoon the Senate is expected to take up the Conference Committee Report on HB 2249 which includes HB 2118 (eliminates the historic environs review process).

Call or email your Senator right away and ask them to reject the Conference Committee Report on HB 2249 and send it back to conference to have HB 2118 removed. There is plenty of time for the conference committee to meet and remove the environs review bill before adjournment.

Most legislators do not have staff during the veto session so email is the best way to communicate. Also, the legislative hotline is available to deliver your messages to legislators
