A Khmer School teacher bought one of the One Laptop Per Child devices
in the buy one donate one deal. Being a school teacher and not a
"hacker dude" she was not really the ideal target for the deal. As she
put it " I want something with Word".

Doing a bit of research I see I can install OpenSuse or Debian on an
SD card.I also see That the OLPC people are making a remix for the
OLPC based on Fedora.

I am leaning towards OpenSuse because it could be setup like the
KhmerOS. (ie. It is fully localized for Khmer)

I understand Ubuntu and even Kubuntu has a problem with Khmer. What
about Fedora and Debian? Does anybody have any experience using these
with Khmer?

Paul
