Official regulation to use Khmer Unicode in government bodies

Dear Khmer Unicode enthusiasts,
I would like to share with you that attached file is an official
document that the Royal Government of Cambodia now regulates to all
government bodies to use Khmer Unicode for exchanging information. This
is a great news and good gift of the year for all ICT users in Cambodia.

like that? if so there are a few good ones out there for free...
A Cambodian- German has developed what has to be the most elegant of all

Hi Don
I installed it on a friend's computer yesterday so below is from memory.
Go to the (Tools?) menu and click on Migration Wizard. Somewhere down
the page it explains the advantages/ disadvantages of IMAP vs POP and
you should see a button nearby which allows you to choose one or the
other. Once you have changed to POP you may have to delete the IMAP

I have some idea on this. As I'm a graphic designer, I faced some big
problem with my graphic, I design a magazine for real estate agency,
so Photoshop and Illustrator is my life. even though on Linux we have
Gimp and Inkscape to replace them, but I think Adobe product is more

I saw this announced and thought huh?

I have been using Chrome on Kubuntu for a while now ... although the
latest updates are a lot more usable - very annoying to come across a
pdf or video and find you need to change browser.

A few more features have been added included a chatbox, a forum, some CC

nice... Chrome on Ubuntu... I like it...

BTW... has anyone tried WattOS? [link] has configured it for
their Edubook a 6.5 watt fanless 9 inch netbook for $200... check out
their new product... the Surbook (attached pic) the computer is under the
keyboard... fanless 1ghz cpu 4 watt total consumption... $100/unit

Great follow up! Considering the little feedback we have had so far it
