Website continued

Dear all,

A few more features have been added included a chatbox, a forum, some CC
photos of Phnom Penh in the header and the ability to translate.

I would really need some feedback from the group about:
- the look & feel (colors, logo, etc)
- the content itself (those 2 initial articles)
- translators : who can help out and write the Cambodian sections (only
2 article right now)
- poll participation: can you take 30 second to click on the option that
is closer to what you feel
- the forum categories & sections
